In the United States, the IUSA Group owns the Cambridge Lee Industrial Metals plant, located in the state of Pennsylvania in the USA, serves the copper, copper and alloy tubing, and construction cable industries. Cambridge Lee, being a well-known industry leader, has offices and distribution centers throughout the United States.

Additionally, IUSA has participated in important international projects, such as the Palm Island project in Dubai.
