Gapsa®, “Galletera de Puebla, S.A. de C.V.”, initially employed approximately 60 workers in three shifts, with a production of 16 types of cookies and 4 types of pasta.
Gapsa® currently has 250 people working, offering more than 47 different presentations of cookies and 10 types of pasta. Today it has an industrial building that includes production areas, warehouses, warehouses and offices. In the plant, the entire transformation and packaging chain is developed with automated equipment in production and semi-automated in packaging.
We have biscuit production lines, in an automated linear process where the kneading, cutting, baking, cooling, packaging and storage phases are developed in direct flow, using English, German, Italian and Austrian technology. Gapsa® mainly produces basic, sweet, popular, salty and assorted cookies.
On the other hand, since pasta is an essential product in the diet of our country, we take great care in its manufacture, complying with the hygiene and quality standards that identify our products. The production process of these is linear, direct and automated. It develops the complete phases of the cycle such as mixing, kneading, extrusion, mold, pre-drying, drying, packing and packing, using Italian technology.
