Dulce de Leche “El Ombú” emerged in June 1997 in the City of Querétaro with the intention of being able to initially offer Dulce de Leche to the confectionery industry. During the first 5 years the business was developed in the cities of Querétaro and San Miguel de Allende.
October 2006 would mark the start of exports to Chicago in the United States. We are currently exporting to the Dominican Republic.

The dulce de leche “El Ombú” seeks to be the option in Dulce de Leche for our customers, offering “A Master Touch of Flavor” in the areas of confectionery, baking, ice cream parlors, cafeterias and restaurants.
