In 1940 in Cumbres de Huicicila, Nayarit, Mexico, more than 3 generations ago Café Cumbre was born. Since then, the climate, height and geographical conditions of our farm allowed the birth of a UNIQUE specialty coffee. The care that is given to our process is transmitted to each sip of our coffee, backed by our certifications that we renew every year to continue offering the quality that our customers deserve.

We have ensured that the coffee plantations are carefully processed using the latest technology available. What was once a small farm in 1940 has now blossomed into a thriving coffee community.

Our firm commitment to organic agriculture led us to become certified members with the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and USDA Organic since 1996. Hacienda Miravalles certifications include:
