Platform specialized in the urbanization and sale of industrial parks within the golden triangle in the Mexican Republic, as well as in the development, acquisition and leasing of AAA industrial buildings. The Industrial Platform operates through two divisions:

• Sale of urbanized land to end users in the industrial and logistics sector, with services at the foot of the lot, such as drinking water, drainage, telephone and electrical lines.

• Acquisition, development and leasing of industrial warehouses located in the main manufacturing and logistics centers of the country.
